About the artist: Ms Deniston-Peavler lives and works in her hometown in Colorado. She receives inspiration from her surroundings. She is now discovering the possibilities of gourds, each as different and as individual as a snowflake. They can be cut, carved, burned, painted, applied to, broken, thrown out. The list is endless.
